Job Description:

Shripal Shanti LLP, a reputed real estate firm based in Virar (West), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Consultant / Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
  • Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance company visibility.
  • Generate leads through online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage social media presence and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in real estate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate marketing (mandatory).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Location Preference: Candidates from nearby areas will be given priority.

Salary:

₹40,000 – ₹50000 per month (based on experience and performance)
