Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager / Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and client-focused — capable of managing brand accounts, conceptualizing engaging content, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions.
  • Coordinate with the design, content, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports.
  • Content Creation & Strategy
  • Create video content for reels, stories, and short-form digital platforms.
  • Develop creative content ideas for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Write engaging captions, copies, and basic blog drafts.
  • Work with designers to produce visually appealing content.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities.
  • Execution & Analysis
  • Schedule and manage posts across social platforms.
  • Track analytics and suggest improvements for better engagement and reach.
  • Assist in planning paid campaigns in collaboration with the ads team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong writing and communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital trends.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
