Summary
The Dealer Compliance Specialist is assisting in managing and maintaining the zone business strategy on Independent Third-Party (hereafter-ITP) compliance under the supervision of the Dealer Compliance Manager or the Senior Compliance leader of the zone. Responsible for both advising and enforcing GEHC's policies and procedures covering the regulation of Independent Third Parties within the zone. Works with various functional teams, as well as legal counsel within the LCT, to identify, assess, and develop action plans with respect to Independent Third-Party risk.

Key Responsibilities:- This role will assist LCT Dealer Compliance Manager and Compliance leader in third party and other business compliance risk management.
- Provide Independent Third Party regulatory and compliance advice, including advising the businesses/operational teams within the region.
- Establish Independent Third-Party compliance priorities and identify/address compliance gaps.
- Lead projects for the regional business to ensure operations are complying with applicable regulations and GE HealthCare policies governing Independent Third Parties and Improper Payment Prevention.
- Contribute to simplification of internal processes and tools on Independent Third-Party compliance.
- Provide support in generating reports and conducting data analytics to enable decision-making by business teams and Compliance leader.
- Support internal and external audits related to third-party compliance.
- Responsible for supporting rigorous processes in GEHC businesses in the area of Independent Third Party compliance for the region: provides applicable tools usage guidance to commercial teams, responsible for using the Risk Level Determination (RLD) to assess risk and make decisions on the ITP approval process, resolution of red flags, and ensure that all requirements are met under the ITP Policy and SOP, supports the review and approval process for all ITP relationships for on-boarding, renewal, and off-boarding.
- Work with the channel management, legal, and finance teams to ensure distribution agreements are promptly drafted that support the commercial strategy while protecting GE HealthCare.
- Investigate any potential risks or integrity issues and conduct necessary follow-up actions such as due diligence interviews and legal counsels advice.
- Develop and deliver targeted training to business leaders, operational teams, and Independent Third Parties themselves.
- Prepare zone metrics on Independent Third-Party due diligence, training, and contracting compliance and report such metrics to Compliance leader and business leadership team through Compliance Review Board.
- Own approval of ITP Purchase Orders.
- Assist in other core compliance responsibilities such as Compliance Review Boards, Internal Review Boards, investigations, and employee training.
- Min. 4 years of relevant experience; preference in Compliance and/or internal audit.
- Very good proficiency in English and French.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work in complex environments with multiple clients and short timelines.
- Extensive experience in delivering training to wide groups.
- Strong problem resolution and facilitation skills.
- Strong follow-up and attention to detail to ensure issues are investigated promptly and thoroughly.
