Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle customer queries via inbound calls/Chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide top-tier customer service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs.
  • Work effectively within a team environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and company processes to assist customers efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should be comfortable working in a rotational shift (including night shifts).
  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask.
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (any stream) or Graduation.
  • Freshers and candidates with experience in international voice processes are both welcome.
