Job Description :

Major Responsibilities :

1. Analyzing and identifying technical workstreams across projects and BAU enhancement and support.

2. Liaising with the different IT, Business and Security teams for technical implementation.

3. Coordinating with the development team and vendors in addressing technical delivery, issues & fixes.

4. Developing and assigning work schedules/tasks.

5. Oversee solution design, development, and deployment within defined timelines and quality standards.

6. Provide technical expertise, leadership, and project coordination services to support and maintain continuity of Risk Service.

7. Adhere to Bank IT policies, processes and procedures and ensure adherence by team.

8. Act as a lead and mentor to the technical team across complete SDLC lifecycle covering both waterfall and agile methodology

Qualifications & Experience :

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field

2. Experience: Must have at least 12 years or more experience in systems implementation of which at least 4 years is in leading technical team.

3. Excellent knowledge of programming languages like .NET, Java and Python.

4. Strong knowledge and experience in Cloud environment (AWS & Azure).

5. Capable of leading technical discussions, workshops, and solution reviews.

6. Strong knowledge and working experience on different RDMS platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non-relational platforms.

7. Experience of working with Risk Domain (such as Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Operational Risk, Liquidity & Market Risk & Risk Modeling) would be an advantage.

8. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

9. Good leadership skills coupled with strong communication and decision-making ability.
