Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Solar Technician / Engineer to join our growing team at Bengal Solar Power Pvt.

Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining

solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site surveys and prepare

installation layouts.Install and connect solar panels, inverters,

and related electrical components.Ensure proper wiring, earthing, and system configuration.Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and

maintenance.Prepare project documentation and

installation reports.Coordinate with project managers and clients

to ensure timely completion.Follow all safety and quality standards on

site.

Required Skills

Knowledge of solar PV systems and

components.Understanding of electrical systems (AC/DC).Ability to read circuit diagrams and wiring

layouts.Hands-on experience in installation and

maintenance.Familiarity with inverters, batteries, and

net metering.

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical,

Electronics, or Renewable Energy.6m–2 years of experience in solar

installation or related field (freshers may also apply).Willingness to travel to project sites.Good communication and teamwork skills.
