Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2B marketing
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, scheduling
appointments, nurturing leads, and engaging them to webinars and events. This role requires

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential business clients
through various channels including cold calls, emails, and social media.
Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent
follow-ups and personalized communication.
Sales Process: Qualify leads, understand client needs, present solutions, and close sales
to achieve targets.
CRM Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect and customer information in the CRM
system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and
initiatives.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Continuous
Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B
marketing or a related industry.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attributes:
