Responsibilities:
Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention

Skills / Experience -
2-4 years in HR Operations.
Highly presentable and pleasing personality
Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality
Excellent knowledge of basic software tools like Google Calendar, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Background in psychology will be a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment.
Ability to maintain professional discretion
