Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Country Sales Manager
to lead our sales strategy and business development initiatives across India. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in
ERP or IT solution sales
, who can drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and solution sales for ERP and technology services across India.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven success in
B2B sales
, preferably in ERP, cloud solutions, or professional services. - Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Solid understanding of the
Indian enterprise technology ecosystem
and ERP/IT services market. - Demonstrated experience in hunting new business and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
