Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Country Sales Manager
to lead our sales strategy and business development initiatives across India. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in
ERP or IT solution sales
, who can drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and solution sales for ERP and technology services across India.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven success in
    B2B sales
    , preferably in ERP, cloud solutions, or professional services.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Solid understanding of the
    Indian enterprise technology ecosystem
    and ERP/IT services market.
  • Demonstrated experience in hunting new business and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India as required.
