- Documentation & Reporting:
Create clear, well-structured business requirements, process documentation, reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to relevant teams and decision-makers.
- Communication & Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between business teams and IT departments, ensuring clear communication and facilitating collaboration on projects.
- Solution Support:
Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of solutions by validating that they meet business objectives and requirements.
- Project Support:
Help with project management tasks, such as managing timelines, resources, and deliverables, under the guidance of senior team members.
