
HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team and support daily human resources operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, organized, and capable of managing end-to-end HR processes in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & On boarding
- Manage end-to-end hiring process for roles across departments
- Coordinate job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters
- Facilitate smooth on boarding and induction for new employees
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Support preparation of HR policies and SOP's
Employee Engagement
- Plan and implement internal events, feedback sessions, and surveys
- Resolve employee concerns with empathy and discretion
- Help create a positive and collaborative work culture
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Assist in audit and documentation processes
- Generate HR MIS reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.)
- Prior experience in a startup or EV/tech sector is a plus
