Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven
B2B Sales & Market Research Intern
to join our team for a challenging and rewarding
6-month paid internship.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the foundational areas of business development, sales strategy,
Key Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will be deeply involved in the following key areas:
B2B Outreach & Prospecting:
- Identify, research, and compile lists of potential B2B clients and target accounts (prospecting).
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage with key decision-makers.
- Track, manage, and report on all outreach activities and outcomes using a CRM system.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to generate new sales leads.
- Conduct initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads to determine their business needs and fit for our product/service.
- Schedule introductory meetings or product demos for the Sales team with qualified leads.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential new markets.
- Gather and analyze data on target customer demographics, pain points, and buying behaviors.
- Present research findings and actionable insights to the management team to inform sales and marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, and market analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office/Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Prior experience with a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or prospecting tools is a plus, but not required.
