Product Manager Eco-System to own and execute the end-to-end digital strategy focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong product management expertise, business development acumen, and hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly within the travel, loyalty, or financial services space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital business strategies to drive subscriptions, product usage, and renewals.
  • Manage digital channels and mediums to enhance customer adoption and engagement.
  • Lead on-ground activities including marketing, promotions, digital frontend development, and channel activation.
  • Build strong partnerships and coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders (marketing, supply, sales, IT).
  • Own the product positioning and value proposition to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand ecosystem partnerships and offerings.
  • Design and implement SOPs for marketing, merchandising, and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with annual budgets and performance targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to build customer journeys, manage campaigns, and track performance.
  • Analyze data and develop actionable dashboards to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with supply teams to ensure contracted products meet market demand and support growth plans.
  • Manage and optimize annual operating budgets effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA
  • Experience: 78 years in Product Management, Business Development, or Activation roles within Online Travel Agencies, Holiday Travel Agencies, Credit Card Programs, or Loyalty Programs.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices and tools.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce and Journey Building.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop and interpret business dashboards.
