Qualification : B.Com., M.Com., MBA, Inter CA Drop out or (only Exam days leave will be provided) , CA

(Freshers also can apply who is having an Exp. into CA firm and willing to work in Australian KPO)

Roles & Responsibilities :

For Australian Bookkeeping :

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients/customers and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure their accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Handle payroll processing, including time sheet verification, salary calculations, and compliance with taxation regulations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Australian tax laws and ensure compliance in financial activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members regarding financial matters and inquiries.
• Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently to streamline bookkeeping processes.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.

For Australian Taxation :

• Daily Client dealing and communication and managing work.
• Preparation of Income Tax Returns for all entity types, including Trusts, Companies, Partnerships, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and Individuals
• Preparation of financial statements for all entity types, including Trusts, Companies, Partnerships, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and Individuals.
• Preparation/Reviewing of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity statements for all entity types.
• Preparation of Fringe Benefits Tax Returns, Taxable Payment Annual Reports and all other ATO lodgement obligations.
• Providing financial and taxation advice based on the findings from financial reports.
• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information

For SMSF :

• Prepare financial statements and reports for SMSFs in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end accounting process for SMSFs, including transaction recording, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Ensure timely and accurate lodgement of SMSF annual returns and activity statements.
• Monitor contribution limits, pension calculations, and other SMSF compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for SMSF accounting and compliance. Assist clients in understanding their SMSF financial statements, compliance obligations, and taxation implications. Prepare and review SMSF taxation calculations, ensuring accurate reporting of income, deductions, and capital gains. Advise clients on tax planning strategies within the SMSF framework. Stay updated on the latest changes in superannuation and SMSF regulations, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Interpret and apply changes in tax laws and regulations that impact SMSFs.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all SMSF transactions, correspondence, and financial documents. Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently to manage SMSF financial data.
