Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1–4 Years

We're looking for a meticulous and proactive
Account Executive
to handle day-to-day accounting, ensure compliance, and maintain financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in financial audits.
  • Support monthly and annual financial closings and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 1–4 years of accounting experience (IT/telecom sector preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    Tally / ERP systems
    ,
    MS Excel
    , and
    GST/TDS
    regulations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
