Compiling and Monitoring of Data of all ongoing Projects for regular Review and Status Reporting to the Management. Monitoring of KPIs of Procurement at HMCL level.

Capacity readiness for upcoming Models to Achieve Target Production volume - Model Wise/ Plant Wise wrt CP Plan

Maintains MIS and data bank of upcoming new models to monitor and escalate department level pendency.

Maintains Procurement function Production MIS on Monthly basis.

Maintains the MIS for the Critical Models for SS & SC Function.

Coordinates Special projects as per business exigencies

Co–ordinates for the SC KPI's parameters on monthly basis.

Co-ordinates with all the plants for any contingency reports like Vaccination , Power consumption and supplies status from Maharashtra and Karnataka regions.

Identifies and executes Projects related to Procurement Function and Automation of Business Requirement.
