Role and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct snagging and de-snagging of MEP systems in hotels and resorts to ensure the effective functioning of machinery.
  • Prepare and raise DLP reports for MEP auxiliary equipment.
  • Inspect transmittal reports of MEP snagging and DLP from contractors.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the smooth operation and maintenance of the MEP auxiliary system in hotels and resorts.
  • Develop a Master Maintenance Plan (MMP) for the building MEP system, including monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance of MEP auxiliaries throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and Director to take handover of the property from contractors to the organization.
  • Compile an asset list of the property's MEP equipment for the preparation of a Property Management & Capital Maintenance (PM & CM) plan.
  • Coordinate spare parts and tools orders for property maintenance and troubleshooting needs.
  • Document warranty cards and vendor details for all machineries.
  • Provide training to team members on new properties, technologies, and vendor products and services.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum X years of experience in technical audit of MEP systems in the hotel and resort industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of MEP auxiliary equipment and related maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for MEP system operation and maintenance.
