Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

  • Develop engaging visual content for social media posts, advertisements, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Design branding materials including logos, brochures, flyers, product packaging, and presentations.
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into impactful designs.

Digital Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Create visually optimized graphics, GIFs, and videos for paid and organic campaigns.
  • Assist in managing website banners, landing page creatives, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate with SEO and content teams to ensure visuals enhance digital visibility.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest creative improvements for better engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of basic UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
  • Photography, videography, or motion graphics skills will be a plus.

  • Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
