Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., SaaS, FMCG, B2B, Retail, Automobile ,bfsi, bpo industry ,non-IT recruiter, etc.).
- Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
