Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Financial Analyst located in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

  • ​ Preferably CMA(US) qualified, Core FP&A exp, good in advanced excel &  PPT, OST (Quickview, cubeview) templates creation etc.

  • Exceptional accounting, management reporting, analytical, quantitative, functional, and team playing skills.

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills dealing with people at all levels of the organization.

  • Comfortable working with large data sets, complex pivot / data tables, and Excel macros and formulae.

  • Expertise to understand, analyze and summarize financial data with insightful information in a clear concise manner to business partners.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented, and organized with ability to multitask, prioritize, think analytically, and deliver within tight deadlines.

  • Hands-on and self-directed without waiting for direction in every process/project and accepting responsibility for actions and results.

  • Strong team player and willingness to adapt in fast-paced work environment.

  • Open to flexible timings meeting demanding business requirement

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Around 4 years of experience in accounting & finance covering accounting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and CA/CPA/CFA/CMA(US) qualified professionals.

  • Technical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. BPC, VBA, SharePoint,Power query

  • Good understanding of accounting standards (US GAAP).

  • Knowledge / experience in Data Analytics / Data Science would be an added advantage.

  • Shift Timing- 11 to 8 PM( flexible for night shifts if required).

  • Relevant exp in Corporate FP&A, financial analysis, Analytics, related
