We are currently seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst - SAP FIORISenior SAP Business Analyst - SAP FIORI to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

The Senior SAP Fiori Business Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Fiori applications to enhance user experience and streamline business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into intuitive Fiori-based solutions, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality applications. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Fiori design principles, UX/UI best practices, and integration with SAP functional modules, particularly Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance, and Logistics.

What should you bring along

• Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and validate requirements for SAP Fiori applications.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Fiori solutions.
• Design and prototype user-centric SAP Fiori applications, ensuring alignment with SAP UX standards.
• Work with developers and technical teams to implement and test Fiori apps that meet business needs.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP Fiori applications across modules (SD, Finance, Logistics).
• Ensure consistency in user experience across various devices and platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of SAP Fiori design principles, guidelines, and user experience best practices
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into functional specifications and design.
• Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a strong focus on SAP Fiori applications.
• Deep understanding of SAP Fiori architecture, design guidelines, and UI5 framework.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, including Agile teams.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation.

Must have technical skill

• Experience in developing Fiori applications using SAP Fiori Elements and SAP Fiori tools.
• Familiarity with ABAP programming and custom development.
• Understanding of OData services and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Web IDE
• Certifications in SAP Fiori, SAP SD, SAP Finance, SAP Logistics, or Agile methodologies.

Good to have technical skills

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design SAP Fiori solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the designed solutions meet the business needs.
• Provide guidance and support on the integration of Fiori apps with SAP backend systems.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and validation of the developed Fiori applications.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide functional support for the implemented solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP Fiori and user experience design trends and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the Agile delivery process.
• Utilize Jira for project management, issue tracking, and workflow management.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing in Confluence.
