Company Overview Flowserve is the recognized world leader in supplying pumps valves seals automation and services to the power oil gas chemical and other industries With more than 18 000 employees in more than 55 countries we combine our global reach with a local presence Position Description Flowserve is seeking the best and the brightest to join its team of IT Analysts We are seeking a skilled SAP BODS Developer with approximately 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration and data management using SAP Business Objects Data Services You will be responsible for designing developing and implementing data solutions that meet business needs and improve data quality Overall responsibilities include Design develop and maintain ETL Extract Transform Load processes using SAP BODS to ensure seamless data integration across various sources and targets Create and manage data transformation workflows to cleanse standardize and enrich data to support business processes Implement and maintain data quality checks and transformations to ensure accuracy consistency and reliability of data Optimize ETL processes and workflows to enhance performance and efficiency Should have strong knowledge on SCD 1 SCD2 and SCD3 Work closely with business analysts data architects and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business objectives Identify and resolve issues related to data integration and transformation processes ensuring minimal disruption to operations Adhere to best practices for data management and ETL processes ensuring compliance with data governance policies Position Requirements Bachelors degree in information systems computer science or related discipline with an information technology focus 4 years of experience working in SAP Business Objects Data Services Proficiency in designing and developing ETL workflows data transformation and data cleansing using SAP BODS Strong SAP HANA and SQL skills for data extraction transformation and querying Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data quality management Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve data integration issues Ability to work independently and as a team when required once requirements are provided and to work efficiently with technical and non-technical stakeholders Must have excellent data analytical and interpretation skills Problem solving mindset and attention to detail Should be motivate and self-directed Excellent analytical and communication skills oral and written Job Posting Business Card Title Programmer Analyst - StaffPercentage of Approximate Travel Required 10 Job Posting Category Information TechnologyPrimary Posting Location ChennaiEmployment Type Full timeRelocation Eligible NoCountry India
