Senior Business Analyst – Labs & Imaging
Location- Remote in India

  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, specializing in laboratory and imaging workflows within the life sciences sector.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Translate complex clinical and operational processes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and visual workflows using tools like Lucidchart.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation in labs and imaging operations.
  • Manage and refine project backlogs in Jira, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence, including business cases, process maps, and decision logs.
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to validate requirements and drive stakeholder adoption.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to support system integrations within the AWS cloud environment.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
  • Utilize expertise in HL7, DICOM, PACS, LIS, and RIS systems to support integration and workflow improvements.
  • Apply strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills to solve problems and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Work both independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
