Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Coordinator located in Pune. The Call Coordinator will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, scheduling service appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include maintaining call logs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in using call management systems and CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the electronics or water purifier industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
