SAP Fieldglass Consultant – Contract

Location: India – Any Infosys Location (Hybrid/Onsite as required)

Job Type:Contract

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Fieldglass modules tailored to client requirements.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to contingent workforce management.


• Design and optimize business processes in SAP Fieldglass to improve efficiency and compliance.


• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on SAP Fieldglass functionalities.


• Assist in integration of SAP Fieldglass with other SAP and third-party systems.


• Manage system testing, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


• Provide ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and best practice recommendations.


• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and labor regulations through system controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting SAP Fieldglass.


• Strong understanding of contingent workforce management and services procurement.


• Experience configuring and customizing SAP Fieldglass modules.


• Familiarity with integration scenarios involving SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, or other HR/Procurement systems.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred:


• SAP Fieldglass certification.


• Experience working with global clients in multiple industries.


• Knowledge of procurement best practices and labor laws.
