The Opportunity

  • Understand clearly the functional and technical specifications and make system changes.
  • Lead or participate in business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with stakeholders.
  • Perform SAP Fieldglass administrative tasks Configure system, prepare testing case, test scripts Conduct unit, functional and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare cutover strategies and issue resolution post Go Live.
  • Maintain, enhance, and support critical business solution implemented using SAP Fieldglass Work with internal customers in understanding their requirements and come up with solutions.
  • Configure SAP Fieldglass to meet business requirements Interact with SAP Fieldglass for critical issues and enhancements.
  • Support operations team with troubleshooting and data fixes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior implementation experience in SAP Fieldglass with good knowledge of all modules 4+ years of experience of SAP Fieldglass administrative console.
  • 4+ years of experience in the rollout of SAP Fieldglass for different countries
  • 3+ years of SAP Fieldglass integration with different systems
  • Understanding and configuration of rates in Fieldglass Experience with Configuration Manager role & Configuring connectors Effective communication skills and very good listener
  • Demonstrating a preference for highly analytical approaches to problem solving and the ability to be personable and tenacious.

Experience of project methodologies Possess working experience with Reporting module of Fieldglass
