Role description
Job Title: SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • SAP Fieldglass Expertise:

  • End-to-End (E2E) implementation, support, or rollout experience with SAP Fieldglass.

  • Hands-on experience with Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement (SOW-based Services), Profile Worker modules.
  • Strong skills in SAP Fieldglass configuration, customization, and testing.
  • Experience in master data creation and reporting setup within SAP Fieldglass.

  • Integration Knowledge:

  • Extensive experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Understanding of connector functionality and data requirements for SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Ability to identify and resolve interface and integration issues.

  • Project & Support Methodology:

  • Experience working in Agile or SAP Activate project methodologies.

  • Proficient in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, cutover, and Go-live activities for SAP Fieldglass projects.
  • Strong experience in day-to-day support, defect analysis, and issue resolution.

  • Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Ability to work independently and lead junior team members.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with custom reporting development and data analytics within SAP Fieldglass.
  • Exposure to SAP Ariba and SuccessFactors procurement modules beyond integration points.
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules and broader SAP ecosystem knowledge.
  • Prior experience in managing complex rollouts across multiple geographies or business units.
  • Certification in SAP Fieldglass or related SAP modules.
