Job Title: Reverse Logistics Coordinator / Returns Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reverse Logistics Coordinator to manage returned packages, coordinate reverse pick-ups, and resolve returned package issues. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processing of returns, maintain accurate records, and support smooth reverse logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange reverse pick-ups (RVP) of returned packages.
  • Inspect and verify returned packages for damages, discrepancies, or issues.
  • Update records and track returned items in the inventory or logistics system.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve package return issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of returned package processing.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reverse logistics processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or returns handling preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
