Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote company offerings.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with industry professionals and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic planning.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and follow-up documentation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination between clients and the operations/technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably dealing with architects, designers, or project-based sales).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical product details related to architecture, interiors, or related fields (training will be provided if needed).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
