We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on IT Lead to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure while overseeing both day-to-day IT operations and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and the ability to balance operational stability with driving digital transformation and system enhancements.

Job Title: IT Lead (Infrastructure & Development)

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day IT infrastructure operations including servers, networks, storage, and end-user support.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Manage IT assets, licensing, and vendor relationships.

Development & Implementation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IT solutions that support business objectives.
  • Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of in-house applications or tools.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency in IT operations.
  • Ensure system upgrades, patches, and enhancements are tested and deployed effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and application development.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity practices.
  • Hands-on experience with databases, scripting, and automation tools.
  • Exposure to software/application development (web-based or enterprise systems).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications such as CCNA, AWS/Azure, ITIL, or equivalent.
  • Experience in leading small teams or IT projects.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
