Job Title: Coordinator – IIC & Allied Frameworks
Department: I.T.S Engineering College, Greater Noida
Location: Plot 46, I.T.S Engineering College, Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida
Reports to: Head of Incubation
- Position Purpose
Drive the end-to-end planning, execution, compliance, and continuous improvement of all Institute Innovation Council (IIC) activities — including national programs such as YUKTI Innovation Challenge, Smart India Hackathon (SIH), and the AICTE Productization Fellowship — so that the institute consistently achieves a high IIC star rating and fosters a vibrant innovation culture.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and publish the annual IIC activity calendar in line with MIC timelines and AICTE norms.
- Coordinate Quarterly IIC meetings, ensuring agenda circulation, minute keeping, and timely action-item closure.
- Plan and execute Mandatory, MIC-driven, and Self-Driven Activities (workshops, idea competitions, boot-camps, exposure visits, etc.).
- Collaborating with the schools, building linkages of Atal Tinkering Labs.
- Lead campus rounds of national flagship programs:
- YUKTI Innovation Challenge (ideation to proof-of-concept).
- Smart India Hackathon (SIH) (problem curation, team mentoring, evaluation logistics).
- AICTE Productization Fellowship (application support, mentor mapping, progress tracking).
- Documentation of Meetings and Events as per the Institute format.
- Maintain accurate data on the IIC portal; ensure timely submission of reports, photos, and expenditure statements for every event.
- Liaise with external stakeholders — MIC officials, AICTE, industry mentors, funding agencies — and internal stakeholders — faculty coordinators, department heads, student clubs.
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- Handholding and collaborating with the e-cell.
- Draft press releases, and social-media content to showcase outcomes.
Complete maintenance of the IIC dashboard.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Compliance score on MIC/IIC portal (≥ 95%).
- Institute's IIC star rating (target: 4★ or above).
- Number of innovation events successfully executed per semester.
- Participant reach (students, faculty, external mentors).
- Funding or awards secured through YUKTI, SIH, or other national schemes.
Timeliness of financial closures and report submissions.
Qualification & Experience
MBA & B.Tech (preferred specializations: Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Operations, Project Management).
2 to 3 years experience (handwritten).
Essential Skills & Competencies
Project scheduling, event logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Data analysis and report writing (MS Excel).
- Strong oral and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with startup terminology, TRL stages, IP basics, and funding mechanisms.

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
