Join our dynamic ETL team and work on cutting-edge data integration projects using Informatica On-Prem and Informatica Cloud. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex ETL initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and explore modern technologies like AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Informatica-based ETL architecture
  • Design and implement high-performance ETL solutions
  • Collaborate with business analysts and tech teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Conduct impact assessments and support full SDLC project planning
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices in ETL development
  • Coordinate with support teams (DBA, Unix, Informatica Admins) for issue resolution
  • Work in an Onshore/Offshore model with international clients

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, and Cloud
  • Expertise in ETL performance tuning, SQL, and UNIX/Linux scripting
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Glue ETL)
  • Experience with TWS/Tidal schedulers
  • Knowledge of data warehousing standards, SDLC, and BFSI domain
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with international teams and clients
