Job Role:

We are looking for a smart, responsible graduate (female preferred) for a Computer Operator / Back Office Executive role at our Jiva RO Water office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily data entry, customer records & documentation
  • Prepare invoices, bills, and daily reports Handle incoming calls (customers & vendors)
  • Coordinate with delivery team for dispatch updates Maintain stock and basic office files
  • Create Excel sheets, maintain Google Sheets & basic MIS Assist in day-to-day office operations

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of billing & record management
  • Good communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
  • Fast typing & accuracy
  • Ability to work responsibly and independently
  • Freshers with good computer skills can also apply

Qualification:

  • B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate

Work Details:

  • Full-time (Office-based)
  • Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Location Preference: Candidates living near Jaripatka / Indora / Bezonbagh / Kamptee Road area
  • Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
