  • Create, upload, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Write/edit product descriptions, update images, and ensure accurate pricing.
  • Monitor product visibility, SEO, and categorization for better discoverability.
  • Track stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts/overstocking.
  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or call.
  • Resolve issues related to products, payments, or delivery.
  • Maintain positive customer experiences to increase retention and reviews.
  • Assist in running promotions, discounts, and campaigns on marketplaces.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and suggest adjustments.
  • Support digital marketing efforts like SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns.
  • Track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.
  • Share insights to improve product performance and revenue.
  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and platform updates.
