Job Summary:

COSH Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, ensure patient safety, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best clinical outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in accordance with ICU protocols and standards.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, ventilator parameters, and hemodynamic status.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as per physician orders and hospital guidelines.
  • Manage advanced life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in medical records.
  • Assist in emergency and code situations; respond promptly to changes in patient status.
  • Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, procedures, and emotional support.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • GNM / B.Sc Nursing
  • Valid Nursing Registration (State Nursing Council).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of ICU experience preferred (freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply )
  • Preferably immediate joiner
