- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, medications, and observations.
- **Communication**:Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals about the patient's condition, treatment plan, and progress.
- **Collaboration**:Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and collaborating with physicians, other nurses, and allied health professionals.
- **Education**:Educating patients and their families about their health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- **Ward/Unit Management**:May be involved in tasks like preparing patient care assignments, coordinating staff schedules, and supervising junior nurses or nursing students.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Nursing Degree**: A nursing degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) is required.
- **Licensure**: Passing the relevant nursing licensure exam and holding a valid nursing license.
- **Clinical Skills**: Proficiency in essential nursing skills, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, wound care, and patient assessment.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- **Critical Thinking**: Ability to assess situations, make sound judgments, and prioritize tasks.
- **Empathy and Compassion**: Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer skills for documentation and accessing patient information.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
