Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily operations at Nowmi Unisex Salon. The ideal candidate will lead our team of beauty professionals, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth while maintaining the highest standards of salon operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain inventory of products and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage appointment scheduling and optimize booking efficiency

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and motivate salon staff including stylists, beauticians, and support staff
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
  • Handle staff scheduling and time management
  • Provide performance feedback and support professional development

Customer Service

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Implement customer retention strategies

Business Development

  • Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in salon/beauty industry management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of beauty treatments, hair styling, and salon services
  • Computer literacy for appointment booking and inventory systems
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma/Certificate in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology
  • Experience with salon management software
  • Knowledge of local market trends in Solinganallur area
  • Bilingual proficiency (Tamil and English)
