
Executive Assistant To the Managing Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in a fast-paced automobile industry environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative, strategic, and confidential responsibilities, enabling the MD to focus on high-level leadership and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage the MDs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize internal and external meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents.
Operational Coordination
- Liaise with senior management, department heads, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and business reports.
- Coordinate with supply chain, production, marketing, and sales teams as needed.
- Manage special projects and support strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare executive summaries, briefing notes, and communication for the MD.
- Build relationships across departments to support seamless operations.
Travel & Logistics
- Organize national and international travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements.
- Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Male candidate required
