Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Senior Executive with four years of experience, your role is multifaceted, encompassing responsibilities related to Accounts, HR operations, import documentation, payroll, TDS, GST documentation, invoicing, cash flow management, admin support, auditor assistance, and proficiency in various software tools, including CRM and ERP systems. Your expertise is essential in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of these critical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Entries:

  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
  • Post complex financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports for management review.

2. Import Documentation:

  • Manage import-related documentation with attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners for smooth imports.

3. Payroll:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including calculations and disbursements.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, deductions, and benefits.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.

4. HR Operations:

  • Handle HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Implement reference checks and personality tests through online software.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates for smooth recruitment processes.

5. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

  • Calculate TDS obligations in accordance with tax laws.
  • Deduct and deposit TDS accurately and within deadlines.
  • Prepare and file TDS returns while maintaining compliance.

6. GST Documentation:

  • Manage GST documentation, including filing GST returns and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with GST laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in GST rules and implement necessary adjustments.

7. Invoicing:

  • Create and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Monitor and resolve invoicing issues.

8. Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and reports.
  • Identify and address cash flow bottlenecks.

9. Admin Support:

  • Provide administrative support, including office supply management and facility oversight.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing events.
  • Ensure seamless office operations.

10. Software Proficiency: - Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft and Google programs, including Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. - Utilize accounting software for financial tasks. - Navigate and leverage CRM and ERP systems for efficient data management.

11. Auditor Documental Support: - Assist auditors in document preparation and data retrieval. - Ensure all required documents are organized and available. - Address auditor inquiries and requests.

12. Auditor Compliance Coordination: - Collaborate with auditors to meet compliance requirements. - Facilitate the audit process by providing necessary information and clarifications. - Implement recommendations from audit reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, HR operations, and import documentation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, CRM, Tally Prime, and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to new software and systems.
