Position Overview: We are seeking talented and experienced candidates to join our Equity Dealing Team at Vidyavihar (Ghatkopr) Mumbai.

The ideal candidates should have a sound understanding of capital markets, Equity futures & Options. Candidates with prior Experience and knowledge of web and mobile trading applications will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute equity and derivative trades on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized advice and strategic trading recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends, news, and economic data to provide informed trading strategies and investment advice.
  • Utilize trading software and platforms to analyze market conditions and execute trades efficiently.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on trading activity, portfolio performance, and market insights to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to trading and client interactions.
  • Stay updated on changes in market conditions, regulations, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 -2 years of experience as an Equity Dealer or experience in trading in Indian capital markets and F&O
  • Knowledge: Sound practical knowledge in equity , futures and options.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications: NISM Equity Derivatives Certificate (NISM Series VIII).
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of capital markets, equity trading, and derivative instruments.
  • Proficiency with trading software and platforms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
