Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Picker & Packer to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves accurately picking products as per orders, packing them securely, and preparing shipments for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick books/products from shelves as per order list
  • Pack items carefully to avoid damage during transit
  • Label packages correctly and ensure order accuracy
  • Assist in loading and unloading stock when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  • Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor
  • Follow safety and company guidelines at all times

Requirements:

  • Basic reading and counting skills
  • Ability to stand and work for long hours
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with a responsible attitude
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
