As a Picker and Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick items from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Ensure that products are correctly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
- Verify order contents to ensure accuracy before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Meet daily targets and performance goals while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and inventory checks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight] lbs and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
