Key Responsibilities Front Office Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front-desk logs.
  • Handle couriers, mail distribution, and front-office housekeeping.

Office Administration

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical & digital) and organize documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Support accounts team via basic data entry, invoice preparation, or expense records.

MS Office Responsibilities

  • Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintain Excel sheets for attendance, expense tracking, and data management.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings or company communication.
  • Use Outlook for official emails, scheduling, and coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
