Key Responsibilities Front Office Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front-desk logs.
- Handle couriers, mail distribution, and front-office housekeeping.
Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
- Maintain filing systems (physical & digital) and organize documents.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication.
- Maintain and order office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with vendors.
- Support accounts team via basic data entry, invoice preparation, or expense records.
MS Office Responsibilities
- Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain Excel sheets for attendance, expense tracking, and data management.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings or company communication.
- Use Outlook for official emails, scheduling, and coordination.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
