Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance / Finishing Supervisor based in Bengaluru, but working across continents. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the finishing quality of interior design projects, ensuring products meet quality standards and client requirements. Daily tasks may include inspecting materials, supervising finishing teams, addressing quality concerns, and ensuring that all work aligns with company guidelines. Collaboration with design and project teams will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, finishing techniques, and materials handling
  • Project supervision skills, including team coordination, maintaining schedules, and ensuring deadline compliance
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in identifying and resolving finishing and quality-related issues
  • Understanding of interior design concepts and ability to work collaboratively with design teams
  • Communication and leadership skills to effectively manage finishing teams and liaise with clients
  • Proficiency in industry-related tools and software is advantageous
  • Experience in interior design or related industries is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in interior design, construction management, or a related field
