About the Role

We're looking for an
Influencer Marketing Specialist
who can lead and execute our influencer and creator collaborations across social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You'll be responsible for identifying the right influencers, managing collaborations end-to-end, tracking performance, and helping NutrioBox grow its digital footprint through authentic and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with NutrioBox's brand and growth objectives.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard relevant influencers — from micro to macro creators across food, fitness, and lifestyle categories.
  • Negotiate collaborations, manage budgets, and track deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure campaign consistency and quality.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI) and optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and creator marketing best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and creator analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for authentic storytelling and brand alignment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
