Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and passionate Study Abroad Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the process of studying abroad, offering advice on educational opportunities, visa procedures, financial aid, and more. Your expertise will play a key role in helping students achieve their academic and professional goals overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students regarding educational opportunities and study abroad options in various countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Assist students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their academic background, preferences, and future goals.
  • Provide guidance on the application process, including document preparation, statement of purpose, and essays.
  • Offer support with visa application processes, scholarship opportunities, and financial aid information.
  • Stay updated on changing trends, admission requirements, and visa regulations for various countries.
  • Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and presentations to promote study abroad opportunities.
  • Coordinate with universities and partner institutions for smooth admission processes.
  • Follow up with students regularly to ensure successful admission and enrollment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor or in a similar educational counseling role.
  • In-depth knowledge of study abroad programs, universities, and admission processes.
  • Familiarity with visa regulations, scholarship programs, and financial aid options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and seminars is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in study abroad counseling.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
