Responsibilities:
- Manage post booking queries and loop closure as per the SLA
- Managing daily bookings for clients
- Coordinating with internal team for daily operations
- Manage end to end visa services of customers
- Understanding corporate requirement to the core & maintain the signed off service levels
- Updating daily activities in the project management tool
- Raising customer queries where there is dependency of any internal team member
- Communicating & coordinating with external partners
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure operational compliance.
- Contribute to the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
- Reasonable experience in managing daily operations
- Good knowledge of visa related nuances
- Comfortable with MS tools & especially Excel
- Good communicator and problem solver
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Previous experience into operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Proficient in using operational tools, software, and systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
