Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sr. Sales cum Service Engineer (Laboratory Equipments). We have a total 2 vacancy in Bengaluru and Ghaziabad. This role requires you to travel PAN India based on the requirements. Sometimes travelling on short notice maybe required. The role involves troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance & repair of laboratory equipment.

Qualifications & Skills required

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Analyze and Solve Problems
• Field Service and Technical Support skills
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English, Hindi & respective regional language
• Experience in servicing laboratory equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of MS office / Excel / Powerpoint
• Typing Speed should be good
• Willing to travel on short notice
• Should be comfortable handling electrical/ electronic tools
• Valid Driving License & Two Wheeler Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Sales and Service of Laboratory Equipments & Accessories
• Service, Installation & IQ, OQ, PQ, Calibration, Breakdown services and Courtesy Services etc.
• AMC Services within schedule period

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
