Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients/customers over the phone, answering queries, providing information, and generating leads or sales (as per requirement).

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in a dynamic environment, while experienced candidates can scale their growth with rewarding responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers (based on provided data).
  • Understand and communicate our services/products clearly and confidently.
  • Handle queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Record and maintain call logs and follow-up details.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a MUST.
  • Comfortable working in US Shift (Night Shift - IST).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle calls confidently and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (optional but a plus).
  • Freshers with great communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or BPO is a bonus.
