With a strong digital-first presence, we are scaling rapidly and are looking for an E-commerce Manager to take charge of our online growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shopify Website Management – product uploads, cataloging, pricing, offers, SEO, CRO.
  • Marketplace Operations – handle listings, campaigns, and reconciliations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Nykaa, etc.
  • Unicommerce/Uniware – ensure smooth order processing, inventory sync, returns & claims management.
  • Sales & Growth – monitor KPIs (GMV, AOV, conversion, returns, RTO/NDR) and drive monthly sales targets.
  • Inventory & Logistics – coordinate with warehouse and courier partners to ensure timely delivery and minimize errors.
  • Promotions & Ads – work with the marketing team on marketplace ads, pricing strategies, and brand visibility.
  • Reporting – prepare MIS dashboards on sales, inventory, and campaign performance.
  • Process Improvement – identify gaps and implement SOPs to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations & marketplace management.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify + Unicommerce/Uniware (mandatory).
  • Experience with Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience in D2C brands preferred.
